Day 1: FES – IFRANE – MIDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – MERZOUGA DESERT – CAMEL RIDE.
Our 2 days desert tour Fes to Marrakech takes us through the Middle Atlas Mountains, Ifrane, the cedar forest, Berber villages, and the town of Midelt. We’ll enjoy a delightful lunch in Midelt, known for its apple orchards, before heading to the Sahara desert via the Eastern Atlas mountains and the Ziz Valley. In Merzouga, we’ll ride camels over the golden sand dunes, watch the sunset, and enjoy Berber music and dinner at camp under the starry sky.
Day 2: DESERT – DADES VALLE – AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH – MARRAKECH.
After a beautiful sunrise in the Sahara, we will have a shower and breakfast before departing for Marrakech. On the way, we will pass through the Dades valley, the Roses valley, the city of Ouarzazate and the High Atlas mountains. We will have lunch at the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, the oldest in southern Morocco. In the afternoon, we will continue our journey towards Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas mountains and the Tizi Ntichka pass (2260m).
