Our 2 days tour from Fes to Merzouga desert starts by departing from Fes and driving towards the desert. On the way, we will visit several beautiful places, such as the cedar forest of Azrou and Midelt. Once we reach the Merzouga desert, we will spend the night in the desert and enjoy the stars. The following day, we will start our journey back to Fes.
After an early morning meeting, we begin our 2 days desert tour from Fez to Merzouga. Our journey will take us south from Fez. We will stop at Ifran, and the cedar forest at Azrou, where we will meet the Barbary monkeys. Lunch is then taken in the apple town of Midelt before driving along the Tizi n’Taghamt high road and through the beautiful Ziz Valley.
We then pass through the Fossil Town of Erfoud before arriving in Merzouga. Here we will have some time to relax and enjoy tea. Just before sunset, we will ride our camels to the dunes of Erg Chebbi. After watching the sunset over the dunes, we will spend the night in a desert camp. We will be treated to drum music, a traditional dinner, and stargazing around the campfire.
Today, our usual routine involves waking up early to catch the sunrise before leaving the camp. After that, we enjoyed a refreshing shower and a delicious breakfast in camp before returning to Fès. This is the end of our services and our 2 days tour from Fès to the Merzouga desert.
